Healthy, easy, and only one pan to clean up—what’s not to love?
Ingredients;
- 2 chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 2 cups mixed veggies (like bell peppers, zucchini, and onions)
- 2 tbsp Chicken Blend
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste or (Spied Chilli Blend) if want it spicy.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Marinate the Chicken with the spices to allow the flavours to develop for about 30 minutes. or go ahead with it.
Toss the chicken and veggies in a bowl with olive oil, Chicken Blend, salt, and pepper.
Spread everything out on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve with your favourite grain or salad, and enjoy a tasty, balanced meal!
