Creamy One-Pot Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta

This dish is rich, comforting, and packed with flavour—perfect for a cozy dinner.

Ingredients;

  • 8 oz fettuccine or linguine
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp Seafood Blend or All Purpose Blend
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste.  
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

    Instructions;

    1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
    2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
    3. Toss in the shrimp, sprinkle with the Seafood Blend or All-Purpose Blend, and cook until they turn pink (about 3-4 minutes).
    4. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, letting the sauce simmer until it thickens slightly.
    5. Add the cooked pasta back to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
